Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Important Notes:

• All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

• Busier times of the year, such as holidays, may affect delivery schedules, and your order may take longer to arrive.

• Please allow additional time during peak periods and unforeseen circumstances.

If you have any questions regarding your order or its shipment, feel free to contact us at info@chasingmyparadise.com.
